This website is owned and operated by Brimstone Medical Health Solutions cc, a doctor-led medical and aesthetic practice registered in Namibia, with clinics in Windhoek and Ondangwa. Contact details are provided at the end of these terms and in the site footer.

2. Medical & aesthetic services

Information about treatments on this website is provided for general guidance only and does not constitute medical advice or a treatment recommendation for your individual circumstances.

All medical and aesthetic treatments require a consultation and clinical assessment. Treatments are provided only where clinically appropriate, and we reserve the right to decline or modify a treatment on clinical grounds. Every procedure carries potential risks and benefits, which will be explained to you as part of the informed-consent process before treatment.

Results vary from person to person and no specific outcome is promised or guaranteed. Any before-and-after or representative imagery on this site illustrates the kind of results a treatment is designed to achieve and should not be interpreted as a guarantee of your result.

3. Online store & products

Glow Edit products are cosmetic skincare products intended for external use as directed. They are not medicines and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease.

We make every effort to describe products, ingredients and prices accurately. Product images are for illustration and colours may vary slightly. Prices are shown in Namibian Dollars (NAD) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to correct errors and to update prices and availability without prior notice.

A patch test is recommended before first use. If you have a known allergy or a medical skin condition, seek advice from your healthcare provider before use.

4. Orders & payment

By placing an order you confirm that the information you provide is accurate. An order is only confirmed once payment has been successfully processed and you have received confirmation from us. We reserve the right to decline or cancel an order, in which case any payment taken will be refunded.

Payments are handled securely by our payment provider. Please refer to our Shipping & Delivery and Refund Policy pages, which form part of these terms.

5. Bookings & cancellations

Appointment requests are confirmed by our team. Booking deposits, where applicable, are handled in accordance with our Refund Policy. We ask that you provide at least 24 hours' notice to reschedule an appointment.

6. Acceptable use

You agree to use this website lawfully and not to misuse it, interfere with its operation, or attempt to gain unauthorised access. All content on this site, including text, imagery, branding and the Glow Edit and Brimstone Medical names, is our property or licensed to us and may not be reproduced without permission.

7. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of this website. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability relating to the provision of healthcare services. These terms do not affect your statutory rights under applicable Namibian law.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Namibia, and any disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the Namibian courts.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top of this page indicates when they were last revised. Continued use of the website constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
